knights-and-squiers asked: I heard a rumor that our school's music program is about to be cut, and as a senior who is about to do a super-senior year of marching band, I'm not as worried as the upcoming students who are incredibly talented musicians. Is there much we can do if it really is our school getting hit by this? (We live in a rural area where the student base flows in from three small towns.)
My best advice to you is to clarify this with your principal or even the school board. Doing this can save members of the band from worrying their butts off or get you guys to team together to do something. Rumors are rumors, so seek the truth! Good luck to you and your band!
